Chef Marcus Samuelsson puts an exclamation mark on 2017 with the opening of the new, Marcus B&P in Newark, NJ (Bar & Provisions).

The farm-to-table menu features local partnerships and the dishes you've come to expect from the Chef–comforting items with uniques flavor pairings.

Led by Sous Chef, Mike Nicoletta and Restaurant General Manager, Chris Keys, the new, neighborhood hot spot sits in the beautiful and historic Hahne & Co. Building.

Marcus B&P joins the Marcus Samuelsson Group after an incredible year of openings. Red Rooster Shoreditch, London and Tienda Roosteria, located at The Curtain (a hotel and private members’ club from Michael Achenbaum) both opened this summer.
