The Connaught Hotel Is Expanding Its Michelin Portfolio

Acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is due to return to London in 2017. As reported by Bloomberg, Jean-Georges will occupy the space in the Hotel's Espelette restaurant, while securing it's own, signature entrance.

Most recently, Jean-Georges opened two restaurants in New York City – The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges, located inside The Mark Hotel, and ABC Kitchen. The latter is another pioneering step for Chef Vongerichten, with a focus on farm-to-table food served in a casual space where every detail comes from local or sustainable sources. ABC Kitchen was most recently named Best New Restaurant of 2011 by the James Beard Foundation.
